VTC limits the collection of personal information to what is necessary for the purposes it identified.

VTC only uses and discloses information for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise in accordance with PIPEDA. Any new purpose for which the information is to be used or disclosed will be documented and consent will be obtained for it. VTC retains your personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve fulfillment of the identified purpose.

Information will be kept as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used. If you believe that any of your personal information is inaccurate, you may ask us to correct it. We will respond to your request to update or correct your personal information within 30 days of the request being made.

Upon written request, VTC will inform you of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and will give you access to your information. We will respond to your request for access within 30 days of the request being made.
